Additionally, sister Company GFT (Glüh- und Fügetechnik), founded in 2001 at the same location, intensifies our market position. All on-site installed various furnace plants assist trials/process development prior to development of customer specific solutions with unique characteristics, own R&D tasks, as well as back-up solution for many customers.

With this synergy of knowledge, today`s broad WMU furnace program was developed which is in daily practice at prestigious customers all over the world. This guarantees a complete neutral evaluation of customer`s requirements for the individual optimal furnace technology.

By doing this, WMU offers as unique features, most

diversified process know how, an individually shaped furnace according to the case of application and furnace capacities with company GFT. All this is supported with intensified research activities that lead to many patents and use patterns.

During the furnace lifetime our strongly extended service department guarantees the availability of the installed furnace plants including upgrade and modification of own and third party products. In 2017 WMU as well as GFT became a new and modern shareholder structure. This provides a very flexible finance constitution and long-term branch-specific knowledge that will strongly support the planned growth of the companies.
